Papaya Boats Recipe

Papaya boat Recipe for enhanced Gut Healing. I love papaya, and so does my gut, so I invented this recipe as a great snack or meal. To boost protein levels & to keep our blood sugar levels balanced, I added In the Vanilla Nourishing Protein that I formulated for Elle Macpherson & WelleCo.This protein contains all the essential vitamins, minerals, amino acids, prebiotics, and probiotics you need to stay lean, have glowing skin, a balanced mood and a healthy digestive system.

Papaya itself is high in bioavailable vitamin C, high in fibre & contains a powerful enzyme called papain, great for digestion and help keep you lean. Papaya’s GI rating is 60, so I add nuts of vegan protein like in this recipe.

This recipe also has antioxidant-rich berries to boost your immune system & nuts, which are a great source of omega 3 fatty acids to promote a healthy, youthful glow & keep your brain sharp.

I use this Papaya Boat Recipe to also further support digestion by adding in our @rejuv_wellness Digestive Complex Powder, which has organic gut-healing ingredients. TO MAKE PAPAYA BOAT

Slice one papaya in half to make two boats

COMBINE

1 heaped scoop WelleCo Nourishing Protein in Vanilla⁠⁠
1 cup of plant milk ⁠⁠
1/2 cup of berries
2 tsp Rejuv digestive complex powder

Remove papaya seeds & pour this mixture into the centre of the papaya

PAPAYA BOAT TOPPING⁠⁠

Berries, ⁠⁠Bee pollen⁠⁠, unroasted/unsalted nuts & seeds

This papaya boat recipe serves two.

Great for breakfast, lunch or a snack.
