We specialise in the Musculoskeletal System and understand completely how your nerves, muscles and skeleton work together in a healthy body, allowing us to accurately assess, diagnose and treat your problem.
Our chef sources the organic and free range ingredients the day before and prepares the meals that evening, so they can be delivered to you each morning

Our Pilates and Yoga instructors will encourage your movement and balance through postural restoration. They work with holistic principles of integrating body and mind. Following the initial assessment, you will be working with an Instructor that we feel is most suited to your particular goals and body type. We have found that most of our clients need to start with our Foundation Programme before moving to more challenging fitness routines.
Our Pilates and yoga Instructor will work with you to:
- Prepare the body for daily tasks and challenges
- Provide foundation for the various fitness goals and enhance sports performance
- Rehabilitate and provide injury prevention
- Increase body awareness and core strength
- Establish correct muscle balance and flexibility
Apart from the fact that you will be able to exercise in the comfort of your own home, gym, office, outdoors or at the Clinic during the hours that suit you best, you will be coached by a highly experienced instructor to deliver exercise and a blend of motivational strategies that will keep you on track towards attaining your goals.
